William Cipkala's Rogue's Challenges
On October 20, 2004, Bill was offered three challenges:
- Have an erectile dysfunction drug named after the Rascals, Rogues and Rapscallions.
- Conduct an historical research project that gets you on a section front of a major metropolitan daily newspaper.
- Learn Mom, write 12 sonnets in Mom, and have the collection published in the national capital nearest to the center of the population that traditionally use Mom.
