Karl Halter's Rogue's Challenge
On October 28, 2004, Karl was offered three challenges:
- Form a Rascals, Rogues & Rapscallions Party, and get it on the State Ballot.
- Uncover the vampire of Green Street, Schenectady. (Elliott O’Donnell).
- Have a cigar bearing the RR&R name carried by JR Cigars.
