On 94 - New Generation Saab 900: The upper shock bearings are failing and give a clunk while driving over rough spots on the road. The Upgraded and better parts are listed in the table below.

On 94 - New Generation Saab 900: The bracket that holds the tensioner and the small grooved pulley are FAILING. The bracket is breaking just behind the small grooved pulley, causing the pulley to fall off and the belt that turns everything to stop turning. This Bracket is also the top alternator mount. Saab has released a Upgraded version of the Bracket. It also includes the small grooved idler pulley and the mounting bolt. The part is listed in the table below.
