Third Quarter 1999 Meeting
This meeting was held at the Foundry Brew Works on September 18 1999. Andy Deen was challenged to create a fitting cigar band for the RR&R. He assembled the Rascals and provided them drawing materials and they set to drawing. Andy has not yet completed [as of 9/05/2000] as he still needs to create the actual cigar bands from the designs rendered. When he does, the RR&R will at long last have its own cigar brand!
