Bill Baierl, RR&R #19
Bill became a member of Lair No. 1 of the RR&R on. He completed his Rascal's Challenge, to dig into the life of James M. Hubbard, putative composer of "My Last Cigar", at the 3rd Quarter 1995 meeting. He was named Rascal o' the Year in 1996. He is in the car business.
